Question: How do I transfer my prescriptions to Robinhood Family Pharmacy?

Answer: This is a very easy process. We have three easy ways…

  1. Email: Click here to send us an email. Please include your name, birthday, address, and pharmacy where your prescription(s) are.
  2. Telephone: Call us at (336)283-9355. The information we will need are name, birthday, address, and pharmacy where your prescription(s) are. When we have this information we will do the rest.

Question: What do I do when I have no refills left on a prescription?

Answer:  Go ahead and send us a refill prescription request.

Question: Is there a delivery charge?

Answer: Starting Jan. 1, 2024, we charge a $5 fee for delivery. Deliveries must be within a 5-mile radius of the store. For same-day delivery, requests should be made by 12, noon. Please call the store for more details.
