Answer: This is a very easy process. We have three easy ways…

  1. Online: you can transfer your prescription now online by clicking here: Transfer Prescriptions
  2. Email: Click here to send us an email. Please include your name, birthday, address, and pharmacy where your prescription(s) are.
  3. Telephone: Call us at (336)283-9355. The information we will need are name, birthday, address, and pharmacy where your prescription(s) are. When we have this information we will do the rest.

Question: What do I do when I have no refills left on a prescription?

Answer:  Go ahead and send us a refill prescription request by  clicking here: Transfer Prescriptions  and we will take care of calling the doctor  to get refills.
